Delsin, a member of the Akomish tribe, was like any other graffiti artist in his mid-twenties. “Second Son,” developed by Sucker Punch Productions, best known for “Sly Cooper” and the “inFAMOUS” series, is a tale of rebelling against an oppressive governing body.
